Your Legal and Policy Questions

Below are the questions we receive most often about how our legal terms work, what your rights are under those terms and how to take action when you need to. Each answer reflects the actual process we follow — not a generic policy summary.

The governing law applicable to your account is set out in the Terms of Use document accessible from your account settings. Access and use is available where local law permits, so the applicable jurisdiction depends on your location within India.

Yes. Submit a data access request via the email channel shown in your account dashboard. Include your account ID and a description of the data categories you want. We will respond within the legally required window for your jurisdiction.

Raise a transaction dispute through the live chat channel or by emailing the support team with your transaction reference number. If the dispute involves a UPI or Paytm settlement, we coordinate directly with the payment processor on your behalf.

After account closure, your data is retained for the period required under applicable law. Once that window closes, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised. You will receive written confirmation when deletion has been completed.

Core terms are uniform across the platform, but access to specific features and the regulatory context may differ by region within India. Where local law restricts access, those restrictions are reflected in what your account can do from that location.

Contact the Data Controller via the legal email address in your account settings. Note that withdrawing consent for certain processing activities may limit account functionality, including the ability to process payments via PhonePe, Paytm or UPI.

Both documents are linked in the footer of every page on lotus375.net and are also accessible directly from the Legal section of your account settings. We update these documents when our practices or applicable law changes and note the revision date at the top of each document.
